“Good morning Kevin, I apologise for this rather late email, which is due to family illness. I was sorry that I wasn't at home when you delivered out piano, but I felt I had to write to thank you for the amazing service we received when you collected it from Little Chalfont in Buckinghamshire and delivered to us in Surrey. Your men were friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. We were kept informed at all times of exactly how the move was progressing and were amazed at how quickly you achieved this. A possible hazard in out kitchen with, what had seemed to us, quite limited space to move the piano, proved no problem at all for you and the piano was quickly manoeuvred into its new home. Our daughter was thrilled when she arrived home from work and saw it.
